Our hearts are heavy as we mourn the loss of Kentucky State Police Trooper Hayden Phillips, Unit 369, who gave his life in service to our great state of Kentucky on Monday, September 28, 2026.

As a small gesture to honor Hayden and keep his memory alive we are working in conjunction with Kentucky State Police Post 3, and offering these U/369 Memorial Shirts as a way of saying thank you for your service and sacrifice to Trooper Phillips and his family.

****** All profits will be sent to Hayden's Family.******

NOTE: Do not call the store or KSP Post 3 and ask to hold. ALL orders must be placed online and shipped via USPS. When your order ships, you will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped. Thank you for supporting the Phillips' family.

Those who do not want a shirt, but would like to support Trooper Phillips’ family through this time can donate directly through the Kentucky State Police Foundation at kspfoundation.org

To Hayden’s family: We stand with you.
